Taste:  Green and Red Apple, Grapefruit, Vanilla
Body:  Medium, Crisp Acidity 
Finish:  Tart, but not over the top tart

Recommendation:  Buy it.


Rosemount - Chardonnay - Hunter Valley - 2006 
Retails at $15 to $20

Aroma:  Rich Oak, Pops from the Glass
Taste:  Lemon/Lime, Ripe Apple, Crisp, Vanilla, Fennel
Body:  Medium - Full
Finish:  Never Buttery or Over Vanilla'd

Recommendation:  Buy it...better value than the Mudge


Rosemount - GSM - McLaren Vale - 2004
(Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre) 
Retails at $15 to $20

Aroma:  Berried Dark Fruit - Fruit Forward
Taste:  Blue & Black Berry Compote, Not Jammy, Slight Earth
Body:  Medium to Full
Finish:  Slight Coffee, Mocha, Dark Chocolate 

Recommendation:  Buy it!!!!!!

Taste:  Mocha, Vanilla, Spice

Taste:  Quite Berried, Slight Tartness, Crisp Acidity, Black Olive, Dark Chocolate

Finish:  Tannins are firm but accessible
